Хорошее расположение вблизи центра В выходные бесплатная парковка под окнами Интересное здание и дизайн Чистота и уют Фото соответствуют реальности Достаточно постельного, полотенец, посуды на 4 человек Сковорода, кастрюля, одноконфорочная плита, холодильник и электрочайник в наличии

Высокий этаж, но нет лифта - нужно подниматься по крутой лестнице, что неудобно с сумками Недостаточная освещённость лестницы и кухонной зоны Столешница на кухне требует замены Так и не получилось открыть входную дверь чипом - использовали всегда код, хотя подъездная дверь открывалась аналогичным другого цвета без проблем

Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie/wymeldowanie (za pomocą kodów). Obiekt położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Czysto. Bardzo miły i kompetentny personel sprzątający. Na mały minus: brak windy + 3 piętro, co może być istotną informacją dla innych wynajmujących i brak możliwości noclegu ze zwierzęciem.

Plus za lokalizację.

W pokoju unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach, którym nasiąknęła pościel. Podłoga była niedomyta. Drzwi nieszczelne i chyba za cienkie ściany. W każdym razie pół nocy było słychać sąsiadów i nie była to impreza...
