Apartament był czysty, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy oraz położony w doskonałej lokalizacji. Dużą zaletą była możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania poprzez kod dostępu.

Jedynym minusem apartamentu są okna wychodzące na dziedziniec, przez które wszystko widać, dają mało prywatności. Były zasłony aczkolwiek w dzień przy zasłoniętych oknach jest nieprzyjemnie
