Location

The comfort, view and size of the room also size of TV and refrigerator it's different every room. Not all rooms have good standard.

"Your cozy home in Tagaytay"

Basic room necessities are met. A well-functioning shower (I like that they have a separator wall for the shower and the bowl). Towels are provided. Large and comfortable bed (I appreciate the extra pillows though the blankets are not that thick). Working TV, ac and refrigerator. A kitchen with your regular kitchenwares. Wifi signal is good. There’s a generally clean pool. Location is great (convenient store, fast food restaurants nearby). Plenty of available (and super near) parking (but with a P50 fee). Checking in and payment are as smooth as you can have it.

The window blinds need replacing. There’s no vent/exhaust fan in the kitchen, you’ll end up smelling like fried chickens.

Owner was accommodating and responds fast. We were allowed early check in :)

Maybe indeed just because of the weather, the shower heater was quite faulty. It would be better if unit has thermos or kettle.
