When I tried to contact the owner for assistance, my calls were repeatedly declined. This unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism were disappointing. The housekeeper, who responded to messages, could only forward our concerns to the owner without providing any solutions. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional. If you're considering booking, ensure the Wi-Fi is working beforehand. Personally, I wouldn’t book here again due to the owner’s unaccommodating and unprofessional behavior.

Strategic location

No internet, high parking fee, no extra sheets, etc.

The room is clean. And the owner/contact person is accomodating. They even gave extra hour because we had an unexpected incident before our check-out.

The parking is too far from Tower A.

The unit is cozy and stylish, but not luxurious. It is near restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions.

It’s not luxurious. It has poor internet connections and terrible signal for Smart users. Because of the poor internet connection, Netflix and other apps installed in the television are practically useless. The paint of the walls and ceilings also have cracks. One of the shower-heads is not working. The working shower also ran out of water supply. Also, please be advised that the caretaker was hard to reach.

The Room is exceptionally clean. Amoy malinis as in. And you book it lang then iwan ng ID sa reception and can go to the room. Hassle free legit. The housekeeper is very accomodating, mabilis magresponse sa call. Just note na you should bring your own dental kit and drinking but rest is provided. Will definitely book this room again!
