"Almost perfect stay in Tagaytay"

Love the size, layout, and furnishings in this condo. It was in walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. Ms Keets was very friendly and nice. And the condo really did have a million dollar view. I wish I could take the condo home with me.

The only issue was that the door handle to the balcony was broken and, though I was shown how I could reach through the window and open the door from the outside, I could not close the balcony door that way by myself, so in my entire stay of 5 days, I was unable to enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.

Not clean, have cockroach inside the room, lots of hair on the floor of the room. Rats in the reception area.

Yes, we truly enjoyed the view of Taal and appreciated Ms. Keets' smooth and responsive communication. However, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short, particularly in terms of ambiance, cleanliness, and overall comfort.

On behalf of my friends, we’d like to share our honest feedback regarding our stay. While the view from the unit was undeniably beautiful, we were quite disappointed with several aspects of the accommodation. Firstly, the ambiance of the hotel wasn't pleasant. The elevator was very slow, the hallways were dimly lit, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the common areas. As for the room, it didn’t feel comfortable. The wifi connection isn't good. There's multiple times that the connection is lost. The kitchenware was incomplete, and most of the available items were too old to be used safely. There were also no emergency essentials like a medical kit or fire extinguisher, and the door lock felt insecure due to its loose fit. Though the linens smelled nice and were one of the few positives, cleanliness was an issue. The table and kitchenette had visible dust and even mold. We also noticed a shortage of basic cleaning supplies, which added to our discomfort. This review reflects our experience, and we hope it serves as constructive feedback for improvements. With some attention to these issues, the place can truly live up to the stunning view it offers.

Very accessible location. All amenities are working.. the view is very amazing literally facing taal 🥰🥰 and you will also see the sunrise from the balcony
