Location was good and the view was excellent.

Limited toilet paper, no bathroom amenities like bar soap, toothbrush, etc. Too few elevators to service guests.

Everything! The place was perfect! The scenic view of Taal Lake is viewable on the balcony as the room is facing the lake. The room was clean and neat and we never saw any insects anywhere inside. If I were to find a place to stay in Tagaytay again I would definitely choose to book with them again.

Nothing to be honest. With the price of the room I couldn't ask for more.
