La relación con el propietario, la facilidad de la plaza de garaje y el apartamento.

Aunque el apartamento estaba limpio, tenía unas humedades en la habitación del fondo y en un baño.

La relación con el anfitrión fue cordial, amable, muy atento y con muchas explicaciones y detalles dejados en el apartamento.

El apartamento está situado en una avenida con mucho tráfico, tanto de día como de noche. Se podría mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas. Una ducha es muy estrecha.
