Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Apartment über zwei Etagen mit 1 Terrasse und 2 Balkonen, alles zur alleinigen Nutzung. Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Meerblick, Stadtblick, Ruhe zum Schlafen, Erholen, eine feine, kleine Küche und tolle Balkonmöbel - es fehlt an nichts. Elena ist ein fantastischer Host. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war unkompliziert und effektiv. Sie hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon wesentlich eher als 15 Uhr das Apartment beziehen konnten. Vielen Dank an Elena und eine große Empfehlung für alle zukünftigen Gäste.

The location was perfect. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Qualche piccolo problema c'è: due rampe di scale interne, una per accedere alle camere e un'altra per accedere alla cucina, al secondo e ultimo piano; inoltre la schermatura delle finestre è insufficiente e per non svegliarsi troppo presto occorre la mascherina. Però ci sono anche tanti aspetti positivi: una splendida terrazza con lettini e vista mare, la posizione centrale e comodissima ma tranquilla, la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria, che abita a due passi ed è una sicurezza, il servizio per la sosta dell'auto... Sicuramente da consigliare!

My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant 5 night stay in Elena's apartment, with its great location in Taormina's town center, close to restaurants, grocery store, shopping areas and tourist attractions. Elena, the personable hostess, met us upon arrival to discuss the apartment and provide helpful suggestions for our stay, and followed up regularly to ask how things were going. Elena replied promptly to our inquiries both before and during our stay, and arranged a taxi to take us to the train station when we left. The small apartment is modern, very clean, away from street traffic and other noise, and quiet at night. The large balconies are an extra plus. The photos are accurate. The small kitchen is adequate for breakfast and light meals. The double bedroom is standard size with air conditioning, window, glass door to the balcony and comfortable bed. The single bedroom is quite small, without air conditioning or window, so could be uncomfortable in warm weather. Elena, thank you for being so friendly and making our stay very enjoyable. The apartment is on the second and third floors with narrow staircases that could be challenging for seniors with heavy bags. But Elena kindly helped us with our bags.

The hostess was extremely helpful. Her husband saved a parking spot for us while she helped us carry our lugguage about one block away to a most pleasant suite. The bedding was of the highest quality, the most comfortable we've ever had in our stays overseas. A beautiful suite about 200 meters from the main gate into the old city.

Great location and lovely host who was helpful and because of this we gave the property a 6 out of 10.

We booked in a hurry and felt the booking was a bit misleading unless you have time to scrutinise all the information. The photos show a beautiful terrace and we were excited to spend sunny afternoons there, however this is only one of the appartments of the three listed (on review it is stated, but for those booking in a hurry - we had a last minute cancellation, I really think this property should be three separate listings to avoid any confusion, they are too different to be in the same listing). The ground floor property is a dark, noisy, cave like place. The towels are old and thin and the floor of the appartment is freezing, we really didn't enjoy spending time there. Also the listing does state a mountain view and there is definitely no mountain view.
