We booked this appartement and immediately we received a friendly whatsapp message to welcome us from the owner. This was the good part. We received a phone call from the owner in one of the following weeks after the booking. There we were asked to cancel the booking and received a personal contract from the owner. They try to convince us to do so since they had the experience with this method. During the phone call I refused to do so since we had an arrangement with booking. From that moment on we received several whatsapp messages where they tried bullying us. They changed the time to enter the appartement until late in the evening the first day and we should bring 500€ in cash as a guarantee for possible damages. I can assure you that this was for us a threatment that one should never do with his worst enemy. As you can imagine we didn't go to this appartement since we were afraid of these owners having no proper education. We booked another appartement and we are gratefull to booking that they have compensated us.

Exceptional well presented apartment. Beautiful terrace, central location within easy access to main attractions. Would definitely book again.

There was nothing to dislike, but there were insufficient forks and mugs for an apartment catering for up to eight. People.

the location was great and the building had great architecture

one of the air conditioners was missing the remote and we couldn’t turned on. the bathrooms were not updated. the property offer wifi but it was not working. asked the managers and they did nothing.

This apartment was one of of our strangest experiences in renting places: One the one hand, the apartment offers the feeling of a long gone privileged lifestyle high above the roofs of Valencia, with its large nicely furnished rooms featuring high ceilings, huge window bays, and an enormous rooftop terrace. On the other hand we couldn't understand that all the (new?) chairs around the (beautiful) dining table weren't properly assembled yet and, thus, couldn't be used. (The owner informed us about it just before arrival.) We had to take our meals using the sofa. One of the three bedrooms had an old metal-framed bed, but the matrass lacked some 20 cm in width. We were wondering how you would get out of that bed! Luckily we didn't need it. And the terrace, as beautiful as it was to sit there in the evening, had old broken deck chairs stored on one side. Why not removing them?

See my summary above. The owner (though very responsive) has to take a much more serious approach to managing this beautiful apartment to justify offering this place for up to six people.
