Taormina Wonderful View

A beautiful room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The room is clean and renovated. Close to the city center and the cable car to the sea))

The apartment has truly a wonderful view. The location is nice, near the centre and the funicular, which goes to the beach. The hostess was nice and helpful.

The main advantage of the apartment, a whirlpool, sadly didn't work. From the past reviews I understood that it doesn't work for some time already, in which case it shouldn't be advertised. The apartment is rather small, and since there is a whirlpool as well, it is quite cluttered. The bathroom is tiny, you can barely open the door, there is no place for towels or soap and shampoo in the shower. Bed was quite uncomfortable. There is some sort of plastic wrap under the sheets, which led to low breathability of the bed and it was rather warm. The mattress was too soft.

Some difficulties during the check in process. The keys were turning hardly in the door lock.

Terry was really nice and gave me lots of tips. The room had everything needed - working AC, TV, kitchenette. The balcony view was amazing!!! Location was also very very good.

Room was smaller than I expected and it was difficult to move around. Also the table on the balcony was damaged and the cleaning mop on the balcony was not very anesthetic. Would have expected more soap and showering gel.

On the last day they cancelled my reservation but they booked another house for me and the new one was really nice but a little bit far from the hotel i was attending for wedding

It was very dirty, not cleaned at all, the location was good enough.

I stayed here alone for 10 days. The place lives up to its name of providing a wonderful view. I liked that it was close to the bus station. The manager was very nice: friendly and responsive. The housekeeping staff was awesome, super professional and went out of their way to help me when I arrived. The WiFi worked ok. The laundry machine worked ok. It was a pretty good value for Taormina. The apartment has potential, it would be great if it were fixed up. I wasn't crazy about Taormina overall and was happy to leave after 10 days, but there were some good things to eat in town. I liked walking up to Castelmola.

This studio apartment requires an unfussy attitude and a good sense of humor. As soon as you enter the building you can tell it's going to be weird. First, you have to go up and down several flights of stairs in order to use the lift. This is something to keep in mind if you've got mobility issues. Inside the apartment is bizarre. Things are slapped together like a bad shopping spree at Value Village, and not in a fun way. The kitchen has been installed on the balcony, and it's no fun to use, it's tatty and it's a mess. There was a lack of foresight in appointing the place, such as not providing bath soap or extra toilet paper. The curtains don't close all the way and the windows face east, so you're getting up early whether you like it or not. But the bed isn't comfy anyway, and I've had better pillows on airplanes. And lest we forget, there is a large bathtub in the room laughing at you--or is it with you?
