Os recomendamos arreglar la puerta del plato de ducha del baño, para dejarla por completo cerrada, bien como arreglar la cerradura de encima de la puerta de entrada, ya que es muy costoso abrirla y cerrarla por fuera

The most unconfortable beds of my life. The most noisy appartment of my life. The dirtiest appartment of my life (COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE)!

The beds were extremely hard. Looks like concrete. We did not sleep well. The cautch is s bed as well and that slept well.

The location was excellent and the bed were very comfortable, the shower was difficult to have it at the right temperature it was too hot or too cold

The apartment was sparkling clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, well-stocked with amenities, and some of the BEST beds I've slept on. The apartment was spacious and comfortable to hang around. All their appliances work. We were required to keep noises down after a certain hour, which I appreciate because it's a quiet neighbourhood with considerate neighbours who are mostly permanent residents instead of rental units with high chances of coming across party animals. I highly recommend this place to families who value a safe and peaceful environment. Good grocers and restaurants are just walking distance away too. I wish to take a moment to address the recent flooding in Valencia, which has understandably raised concerns among travelers. It’s important to note that the central areas of Valencia remain largely unaffected and safe for visitors, and it was the southern outskirts of the city that was devastated. While we should all extend our thoughts and support to those impacted by this tragedy, it's also important to address the media's misrepresentation of the flood location because many local businesses were impacted by the halt in traveller inflow upon seeing the news. The Valencia city has effective flood prevention infrastructure - the Serpis river basins, which protect the heart of Valencia from such disasters. Throughout our stay, we still get to enjoy the city without concerns of safety. Public transport is partially operational (definitely check the latest schedules at the train station directly as online information is not updated), and key attractions are accessible.

Location was great, very local feeling but still super close to things. The flat itself was cool with some great art and easy access with lift. The management company was really helpful and nice, and very responsive. She even made us reservations for lunch!

The flat's bathroom and kitchen were dated and worn, and shower was not in great shape. This led to the flat not feeling clean in places. Therefore the value for money was not great- if it was cheaper I would have not had an issue with these things. It was inconvenient to go to one location to get keys and then on to the flat with a group of people and luggage. We would use the company again but not the flat.

It has a lift. Location is ok. 2 bathrooms

Water pressure in the shower was not great. They can improve. You can hear everything your neighbours are doing. They took €200 hold for any breakages. This is not advertised nor do they give you a contract for that. The money wasn’t touched but that’s not the point.
