Plaza Ayuntamiento Grand Apartments

Location, close to metro and historic centre (5 minutes), shops and restaurants. Spacious and plenty of storage. The Terrace was useful to provide an outdoor view. Not noisy despite location.

Could do with somewhere to hang your bat towels.

The apartment was centrally located downtown close to everything. We found the apartment spacious and the bed comfortable. The washing machine was an added bonus. The doormen were very helpful and pleasant. The patio is a great feature and we loved sitting outside.

The apartment could use a good cleaning and replace the worn towels and bedding. The wifi never worked. A maintenance person came and tried to reset the box but was unable resolve the issue.

Location was excellent for me. Place nice, modern and all looked pretty new.

Communicating with agency who ran the place was difficult and trying for me. From initial question of its location before I set off which was evaded to when I was told the office was open every day fro 9.30 to 5PM which is was not when I turned up with luggage @ 10.30AM. Questions were responded to eventually but answers given vague and off the subject like being repeatedly asked what time I intended to turn up and not addressing my question about location.

I stayed in the apartment 236. Sometimes, an apartment may need a renovation, but the overall "tired" state of the property is usually compensated by cleanliness. This was not the case, everything was just dirty: the floors, door handles, the dining table, the chairs, the coach, the mattress. Filthy smelly old cushions and blankets... The towels... There was a coffee machine, but no pods. Just ugh

Very nice staff, location in city centre next to metro station, bicycle station, grocery store and other stores, restaurants and bars.

The towels were not changed for an entire week.

Excellent location, very polite people at the entrance of the building, nice terrace, overall very good!
