Plaza Ayuntamiento Grand Apartments

Getting the keys went well. We had contact through text. The host gave us the keys. She was nice. We could leave our suitcasus at their company's place (15 - 20 min walk) after checking out.

Almost everything went bad. I do not recommend this appartement or the company that rented the place. We stayed for a few days. Upon arrival we saw some mold and dirt in the bathroom. We were dissapointed, but accepted it. The day after we discovered mould above our bed, by the windows, we saw bloodspatterd on the ceiling in the bathroom. We reported this. The company told us that they cant help us now because we told them 'late' and they will clean it after our stay. We asked if they can do anything for us right now. They told us they would contact the manager, and the manager will contact us. After 2 weeks we still have not received anything from the manager. The company keeps telling us he will contact us. It is very bad service and a very bad stay. Also, the room is very noisy. You can hear everything in the hallway and everything on the street. At 07.00 they will gather the garbage on the street, you can hear this very good. The aircondioning is very bad as well. It doesnt work well and its dirty inside.

Goede ontvangst, Schoon appartement, Perfecte ligging in centrum. Appt. was schoon, bedden waren prima.

Boiler geeft maar voor 2 minuten water. Water in douche liep niet weg, waardoor hele appartement blank stond na douchen. Daarom na 1 nacht vertrokken en hotel geboekt. Eigenaar heeft nog geprobeerd het dezelfde dag op te lossen (monteur) maar is niet gelukt. Geld binnen een paar dagen terugontvangen, dus netjes opgelost!

Una pequeña incidencia en la ducha que al no evacuar bien el agua, si no estás pendiente se inunda la habitación.

La ubicación

Había cigarros en el suelo de la terraza, el baño estaba bastante sucio. El marco de la puerta del baño estaba suelto y con una punta un tanto peligrosa. Imposible ducharse más de dos personas en el mismo día. Las puertas de la terraza estaban durísimas para cerrar y abrir. No tiene persianas y las cortinas dejan pasar demasiada luz. Las almohadas son horribles. La nevera olía fatal.

The only thing that wasn't OK was the fridge. It smelled unbearably of fish, so we didn't use it.

La ubicación céntrica y la distribución del apartamento. El montón de ascensores que están disponibles y la tranquilidad y silencio para dormir.

Solamente nos habían dejado sábanas y toallas para 2 siendo 4 en la reserva. Además, las toallas estaban todas con pelusas y muy viejas. En el baño se sale el agua del lavado y el otro lavabo estaba atascado y sucio. El agua caliente dura muy poco y no da tiempo a ducharse y lavarse el pelo de los 4. Tampoco hay persianas para que no entre la claridad por la mañana, incluso había un store roto. La calle en la que está ubicado es peatonal y hay que aparcar en el parking Lauria para llevar las cosas.
