Everything was as pointed at the description.

The location near the Turia gardens was good. The property was clean. The equipment all worked. Not much noise from neighbours considering there were 12 apartments/ rooms in the building.

Unpleasant smell in entrance hall. The room was dark and the bed a small double and uncomfortable. Bedding poor quality. Could be noisy outside at night. Kitchen adequately stocked but not much there. Not good value for money.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was simple and seamless, with clear instructions sent a few days beforehand. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Valencia on foot.

L’appartement est très bien situé tout est à proximité marché central , supermarché, moyens de transport, restaurants, les commerces, les monuments historiques on peut tout faire à pied, L’appartement est identique au photos , très propre, bien équipé Avec une vue magnifique et dans un quartier très calme Je recommande vivement cet adresse, j’hésiterai pas à revenir à nouveau

The elevator in the building was quite noisy and it was like next to us.

Ottima posizione, centralissimo. A piedi si possono raggiungere molte cose.

Appena si entra nel portone principale si sente un forte odore cattivo di fogne. Stesso problema nel nostro appartamento dove l'aspiratore in bagno non è funzionate, quindi l'umidità resta lì e si crea puzza. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. In casa erano presenti solo due sedie e due sgabelli. Balcone molto piccoli praticamente inesistenti.
