"Uncomfortable and scammed"

The way how i received at the moment check in, it was not cleaned, when i entered to the apartment it was the mess left the previous guest. Used towels in the bathroom, some cooked food in the kitchen pot, the bed was dirty, nothing was arranged to receive new guest, it was not the apartment you expect (seen in booking). By this issues the property asked me a couple hours to clean and he apologized and said will to refund the first night but until today 18 days he did not anything.
