We had an issue with the apartment and we had to be relocated. I cannot thank enough the manager who took over, and all the employees of the accommodation, who showed empathy and understanding and relocated us really fast!! Congratulations for what you are doing! Thanks for everything!!

The apartment is nice and cozy, and it was two minutes walking from University of Malta Valletta Campus, and from the central streets. It is located in a very calm area.

Having a kitchen was very good. The kitchen was perfectly equipped except for an ice tray. A lift to get to my floor was great since I have mobility issues. The location was great, and there was a convenience store next door. Very useful!

More tourist info in the room ( how to get here and there in Valletta). The bed was the most horrible I've had in my life. No adapter available to charge my phone; I brought the European one, not the British. It would be a good reminder for clients pre- departure. An ice tray in the freezer would be nice.

It was such a cute little apartment!! Loved the touch of the Maltese treat waiting for us :)

It was noisy throughout the night. But nothing scary, just people who must have been opening and closing stores etc

The studio was in a very convenient location, the studio was fully equipped and it was very warm as well. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. They took care of our luggage since we arrived too early to Valetta.

There’s a reason why you don’t see pictures of the bathroom. It is too small! Almost claustrophobic. Regardless of being refurbished in 2015 I think is about time to do some work around the building. There is a balcony but guest are not allowed to use it for safety matters.

Good location. Convenient access.

Noise from neighbours at night - not the owner's fault at all, but some other guests were noisy.

the bed sheets were coming off. in hot summer the put a cold quilt.

Excellent location, nice size for single person, a view of the sea, most amenities required.

Problems communicating with hosts. I tried to get my free 7 day linen exchange. Went to the 'company office' in Valletta. A woman at reception put me through to a woman on the phone (Netherlands?) who said she only dealt with admin and told me to go the hotel that was acting as their agents, which I duly did. It never happened. The Hotel said I should have contacted the office. I was also told the apartment was 10 minutes from the bus stop. That would be ambitious without luggage. Valletta is hilly and that journey would be difficult for some people.

Very quiet and cosy.

Bed could be changed. Not so many utilities in the kitchen.
