Fab location. Flat was really warm and cozy. Lovely comfy bed. Great location really is stone's throw from beach. Secure parking a real bonus. We will definitely stay here again

Our second stay in this apartment. Lovely soft furnishings and decor. Excellent amenities in the flat. We apprecicate the closeness of the beach, especially for swims before breakfast!

Apartment was excellent 50yds from seafront with sea views from the Apartment fully equipped very comfortable with a welcoming pint of milk in the fridge a pack of biscuits plus some tea and coffee.tlit also has secure covered car parking

"A relaxing and comfortable stay"

Very well equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable bed and seating. Good television. Friendly owner who changed bedding and towels in mid weekend. Biscuits, milk and tea most welcome after a long journey.

Lovely apartment very clean lots of facilities eg washing machine came in handy close to the promenade and shops,secure parking made a big difference as parking in Sidmouth is expensive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
