Clean, quiet and comfortable with plenty of room, a small balcony and natural light. Good laundry facilities and a nice bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and parking was easy on the street in front. The apartment is conveniently located halfway between Ortigia and the archeological zone. It’s on the third floor and there is no lift, if that’s a concern. But it’s an easy 20 minute walk to Ortigia. There is an excellent supermarket a few minutes away. The owner was attentive and responsive to our questions.

Owner was very helpful with arranging early checkin and late checkout. Balcony was really nice and the location of the apartment was good. 15 minutes walk to Ortigia. Lots of shops nearby. If you travel by car you can park it on the street.

You can hear every move neighbors make. If you travel during winter months the flat is really cold. Heating via A/C is warming the place up slowly. We moved some furniture around and found a lot of uncleaned dust and broken glass. Tap water and shower water was disgusting, it smelled bad, tasted like salt and we had itchy skin after it. Also there is no radiator to dry the towels (that seemed to be in very bad conditions) and in the shower you can find some mold. There is no dishwasher and the dishes were not cleaned properly. The sofa in the living room was awful - dirty and uncomfortable. This place is definitely not luxury at all, but for a budget holidays it can by ok.

Comfy spacious apartment that’s a short walk from the archaeological sites. Washing machine came in handy.

Missing a toaster but oven has a grill.

The appartment is large, clean and very good located.The host was very helpful and gave us many tips and informations about transport, restaurants and excursions in Sicily. We highly recommend!

Nice quiet location outside of touristy historic center. Close to good grocery store. Well equipped kitchen. Modern apartment.

If you can overcome the two story of stairs to the apartment, it will be worth the effort. It maybe challenging with a heavy luggage. Coffee machine didn’t work while we were there.
