Brand new loft

everything was great! people very kind and I’ve even received several wonderful recommendations for visiting places.

Perfect place to stay, the ideal host, and an excellent location! The place is so comfortable. Our host Cesare provided us with a lot of advises about places to visit and the best restaurants to eat. The location is only 200 meters from the old city, parking facility is free. Super recommended!

The location was perfect, you can park in front of the building free of charge

I didn't like that the loft was dark and the windows are very small and you can' t see if it's sunny or not.

Very nice, clean Appartment. Kitchen had everything to cook a meal. Waschmachine was working very well. Location is good with high chance to find free Parking. Carlos was very fast and helpfull to give tipps for restaurants, and any additional question we had.

The flat has everything you need for a stay Syracuse. It's in a great location, has a well designed little kitchen with everything you need to cook and a really good size bathroom. The bed was the comfiest we slept on in over a month in Italy. Nice and quiet at night. The owner was really responsive and even stored our luggage when we had a later train which was really helpful. Short walk to Ortigia. Would definitely stay again.
