Location was good

Nothing. Dirty, had to hoover and clean / wipe down ourselves, very filthy. Am old women bless her, in her 70’s cleaning, felt bad for her so we ended doing cleaning ourselves as wasn’t ready anywhere near on time. All she did was backbite so many people, guarantee same for us for the next customers. Glass on floor, shower room water kept going off, boiler blowing out flames, fire danger. No bins so we left bags outside only for the owner keeper £50 deposit which is taken after you book through booking.com, which also goes into a private account. If you don’t pay, you don’t get room. When you pay, you get blackmailed you lose your deposit because you left bag of rubbish outside! What you expect when you have kids and stay formless days, where do you take rubbish?? Rude owner and blocks you once you try make case after. Luckily he didn’t know who he chanced it with and I received my deposit back.

The club on site you had to pay for unless you are an owner. But the entertainment was so good. And was worth the money which cost £55 for 5 nights. There was a swimming pool with slides, which was fun and you have to pay £5 pp to use it. Which might get pricey everyday etc. There was great food facilties just off the capsite -Chinese-pizza place -a shop etc. And in skegness there is an amazing fair ground. Which is a good day out. Fantasy Island. And great food outlets etc.

The unexpected charges for everything on site. There was a £50 deposit to pay, which was fine. However, inside the caravan, the upkeep interior wasn't in good condition. We didn't know that there was a cleaner either until the last day. So do not clean the caravan like we did.
