Fantastic location and loved the Sorrento apartment, well-appointed and met all our requirements. Host was great and only to happy to help as needed.

Fantastic space for a family of 4 in a great location for travel and for exploring Sorrento

Shower was inadequate as shower holder couldn’t hold shower head whilst in use. Property is advertised with a hot tub however this was not up and running when we stayed.

NOTHING! The location was the only thing going for this as it is in the centre of town.

EVERYTHING! Nothing is as advertised. The bedding configuration is not what is advertised and when we questioned this a roll away was offered! Terrible as well! Nothing worked and it was dirty. You had to wait long periods after flushing the toilet, the shower was terrible as you had to bend over and almost kneel to wash your hair. Only 1 towel was offered for a 3 x night stay. The kitchen cloths were dirty and stunk! The outside spa was horrendous and stunk! There were cigarette butts on the ground outside! Coffee machine didn't work, wifi wasn't offered, hardly any toilet paper offered. Sooo many stairs! At least 5 flights of stairs and no elevator. The property manager doesn't tell you this and doesn't offer help until questioned..and then did she suggest a porter! He was amazing! Communication with property manager was sporadic! She would only reply to questions that has positive answers. Since posting the property manager has contacted me threatening me continually over this review and that she will report me as a bad guest due to rubbish left in the property....when there were no instructions in the property at all advising what to do with rubbish. Rubbish was left in the bins provided. Very unprofessional behaviour.

The rooftop is absolutely wonderful. Location is exactly where you want to be for a trip to Sorrento. Very clean and spacious!

Hot tub wasn’t warm until the second day, but that’s not a big deal.

There are a lot of stairs. Im a reasonably fit senior and found them manageable, more difficult with luggage. They arranged a porter for us as we had some heavy bags. The location, terrace and view are worth the effort.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very cute! It has an amazing ocean view. The location is optimal when traveling by train. The train station is walking distance. Close to everything! Francesca was very helpful and hospitable. Thank you!

Lots of space and a rooftop terrace is very nice. The host was very helpful and the communication was very fast. Clean. I definitely recommend it.

Top floors and no elevator, so if you're not too fit this is probably not the place for you
