The place is a bit old, so some things weren’t working that well but it didn’t spoil the trip

Terrible noise from the street-non stop day and night. It ruined our stay in a major way.. No electric kettle. Bed which was supposed to be extra sleeping space in one of the bedrooms was of a horrible quality, I wouldn’t dare to offer it to anyone to sleep on..

Location was very good and host provide good support like city map, welcome snacks and so on.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that you would need.. it was located away from the main tourist area but within walking distance.

The location was good for accessing on foot, both Sorrento all areas and Sant Agnello. It was accessible from the train station. There was a good sized, well priced supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment block. Plenty of nice close to the apartment There was plenty of towels in the apartment. The host was helpful responding to bringing a tea towel and an extra pillow each the same evening we arrived. Both the air conditioner and shower were repaired day after arrival. Very expensive for what we got.

The apartment was described as a one bedroomed apartment for 3 people, the reality was a very small one room apartment with three beds, we were expecting a separate bedroom for my husband and I and a sofa bed for daughter in a separate room, only the bathroom was separate, with a balcony that was barely big enough to sit two people. This should be described as a studio apartment suitable for 2 people not 3, and suitable for short stays 1/2 nights. The apartment was not very clean, it was poorly maintained. The first night the air conditioning unit dripped all night keeping us awake, the shower was leaking from the main pipe and head was useless. There was no tea towel, and only one very thin pillow per bed, no spares in the flat. The apartment is not well insulated and we’re disturbed by the next flat voices, at 5:30 in the morning.
