The location was great, the apartment had everything we needed but best of all, our host Flavia was the best! She responded to any requests very quickly like arranging for last minute shuttle services for the group & made excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc.

Flavia was amazing and helped us even arrange transportation from Rome and to the airport. The location was also perfect!

Great location! Easy walk to the main part of town. Host was extremely helpful- I wish I’d contacted her while still in the planning stages as I think she would have been a good resource for day trips. She provided good tips in the area.

The front bedroom does involve a small amount of street noise, so the light sleepers should choose one of the rear bedrooms.

The location was fantastic! The property was amazing. The first night we had 6 women staying and the rest we had 4 and we would absolutely recommend it 100%. Our host met us in person to open up and we were running very late. She kept in constant contact with us and while I apologized again and again about our tardiness in checking in (trains ran way late from Florence ) and our driver had to get us to a store in Ravello to order a table for one of the women she assured us all was ok. We were in Awe of everything when we walked in. Clean, cool, well decorated, a washer and clothes line!! We were thrilled! I loved the city and above all I loved the location!!! I hope to return and I would look no further than Maison Flavia for a booking!

Firstly Flavia, our host, was just exceptional. Communication and reassurance prior to our trip couldn't possibly have been any better and nothing was too much trouble for her. The location was perfect - we were right next door to restaurants, bakeries and shops. The apartment was huge, very spacious and bright with everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean with welcome boxes in case you'd forgotten anything. The balconies were a beautiful touch.

Flavia was extremely helpful and arranged everything for us. She helped us with the booking for the capri boat tour, pvt taxi tour of amalfi, possitano and ravello. She suggested some really good restaurants and checked up on us daily. The apartment was extremely clean, nice and cosy and had all facilities.

Great location, host is extremely helpful! she helped with all aspects of our stay- drivers from and back to Naples, rides while we were there through a taxi service, booking a boat tour, restaurant recs! Nice to have washing machine and easy to dry clothes on balcony. very close to everything.

Overall the apartment is very nice and spacious, but could use some updating to be more modern. the bathrooms are updated and the showers are very good.

The apartment was very neat and clean. Flavia met us outside the apartment and was able to walk us through and explain everything.

We had problems with the washer, but Flavia was kind enough to go by the apartment when we were gone and got it running again. Very few electrical outlets in n the rooms.
