Laba atrašanās vieta, netālu no Dzirnavu ezeriņa. Blakus atrodas viss nepieciešamais - veikali, sabiedriskā transporta pietura.

Dzīvokļa sienas varēja būt biezākas. Brīžiem varēja dzirdēt kaimiņus, tomēr miegam tas netraucēja.
