Lovely spacious house. Clean and well equipped. Comfy beds. Good communication from Janice and felt welcome. Parking was easy and it was a reasonably short walk into Stirling. Central location for Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond etc. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen was ideal for foodies. Everything that could be needed was readily available. Furthermore all chinaware was matched and in keeping with the decor. A lot of thought went into the interior design and accessories. This property was superior to so many four star hotels and would give even the five stars a run for their money, The location was ideal as we could easily walk into town or visit local attractions by car, escaping Stirling in minutes. Janice's recommendations for dining were also very welcomed. Brea was our favorite, I normally ask for fish in Scotland, but knowing that they are stringent in sourcing the best local produce, I went for a steak .... and I was richly rewarded.

The weather was in the 80's for both days we were there, so we opened all the bedroom windows, but lacking a means to keep them sufficiently open we use the door jams to ensure the ventilation we desired. Not a big issue, especially in the cooler days that are normal in Scotland.

Central location - only at 15 minute stroll into the centre of Stirling. Size of property - all bedrooms are ensuite. Excellent communal areas - kitchen, dining room and living areas which made it an ideal property for a family holiday.

"Good place to stay."

Big house. Each room has its bathroom. Wifi and heating work well. Easy to park in the street. Owner is kind and helpful.

Showers are too small. The bathrooms have no places to hang clothes and towels. Long walk to downtown.
