Nice place but very basic equipment specially in the kitchen, only 4 chairs, 4 glases... it needs some mantainance

The location and the helpful tips from the owner

There were ants on the beds in one of the bedrooms that stung. The owner tried to remove them but after that it was hard to breathe in the room due to the poison. The sofa bed in the main area was very uncomfortable. The main area of the apartment is very small.

great island, great location, wonderful view and sea, a lot of space. definitely recommend

Location is near the coast. Punta Negra beach is in walking distance. Other beautiful beaches are only a few minutes drive away. The rooms were sufficient to sleep 6 persons. We spent most of the time on the patio.

From ground floor there is no sea view or view at all. Don’t expect a modern kitchen. It is enough to make a scrambled egg or a pasta tough. There is coffee machine, not even a simple kukuma. The bathroom made a lot of noise. After flushing the toilet there is some terrible pump sound. Also for some reason the water heater makes a constant annoying squeaky sound. Practically this is the only point we did not like.

Excellent location and wonderful terrace with sea vue.

We liked the view. Also the position of the little flat towards the North which kept us away from the august sun. We extra appreciated the BARAGHINI Autoservizi Pubblici with buses running each hour anywhere up and down the coastline. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away. The restaurants were great, icecream in Stintino marvellous, trip to Asinara National Park beautiful, do not skip the Turtle hospital (developed our view on protecting the sealife very much). People friendly, helpful.
