La posizione centralissima e il terrazzo ampio e con una bella vista

Staff praticamente inesistente, non ci ha fornito nessuna informazione riguardo modalità di check in, parcheggio, info riguardanti cose da vedere e da fare, etc.. Ho dovuto scrivere personalmente per avere un riscontro post prenotazione. La camera è piccola, non come nelle foto. Il bagno aveva solamente un dispenser con sapone lavamani, doccia mal funzionante con sbalzi di acqua fredda e calda e la doccetta non stava attaccata al muro e per lavarsi era necessario tenerla in mano. Sicuramente da migliorare la comunicazione con i clienti e l'efficienza della stanza. Altra cosa da segnalare, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera con terrazzo all'ultimo piano, le scale sono ripide e strette, molto difficoltosa la salita con bagagli.

Host worked on our schedule to meet us outside and show us to the room with keys.

Simple room, but everything we needed. Great location for Vernazza and the train.

For most people this won’t matter, but if you have heavy suitcases and are a senior the stairs can be a challenge. Please know the owner will do everything she can to help you if you don’t have to leave at unusual times.

Comfy bed, great shower, refrigerator and coffee maker, A/C works really well. The location is on the main street, 2 minutes to the water.

On booking.com, it said there was a stove top, there was not. 47 stairs to the apartment, some of which were steep. Pretty common for this area of Italy but a lower floor would have been better for us.

Host went out of his way to help with the luggage was very nice.

It was perfect.

They let us check in early with our luggage and had clear instructions how to find the suite which was very helpful.

The photos clearly show a terrace but not all rooms have them. Make sure you double check as it was quite disappointing not to have one. The shower also had black mold which aggravated our allergies.

Great location very close to the water, restaurants, and shops in Vernazza.

It was a bit loud at night if you keep the window open while trying to sleep.
