Il Rifugio del Cavaliere

This is a most beautiful, large and well-decorated apartment. It is likely the favorite place we stayed during approximately 50 days of traveling in Italy. It may be a small amount more costly than some other B&B''s, hotels or apartments. However, you will not find one-bedroom apartment with such, a well-equipped, modern kitchen, sizable bedroom, and very nice bathroom anywhere in Italy. Marco was also available to help us enter the apartment within 5 minutes of us contacting him. He was a most gracious host. I would highly reccomend a stay at Rifugio del Cavaliere.

This is a stunning and spacious 5 star apartment. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. It is a pity we were only staying one night. I can only score a 10 but it deserves more. It is one of those exceptional rare finds.

great location , great kitchen, very spacious and the host had immaculate timing for meeting to be shown into the property. Very clean and a wonderful private balcony with a view.

We were walking the Via Francegina and our stay in Il Refugio del Cavaliere was top rate. The apartment is very tastefully fitted out and it was such a treat to stay there. There was so much room and a stylish spacious living room to relax in, a terrace, and pristine cooking facilities. Marco met us when we arrived, we didn't have to wait around, and he was very helpful in explaining the facilities etc.

For those not walking the Via Francegina, the town of Vetralla itself, may not have a lot to offer, but it could be a good base for viewing the overall area. We were certainly delighted to have such a classy place to rest up in.
