After seeing so many good reviews I was very surprised to see the condition the apartment was in when we arrived. The floors, especially in the living area, were extremely dirty - stains, hairs, dirt. We had to take out the hoover on our arrival to clean it. No mop though otherwise we'd wash it as well. Floors in other areas felt sticky and dirty too. We have a crawling baby and a toddler who spend all the time playing on the floor so the cleanliness was a big issue for us. Lots of dust in the kitchen. Microwave was disgusting inside. A few forks in the drawer were very greasy. A lot of grease in the kitchen in general on the walls and the units. Also, when we arrived there was a towel hanging on a hook in the bathroom. All the bedclothes, especially the pillowcases, didn't smell fresh as if they were never washed before we arrived. It felt like the flat was never cleaned after the last person. Anyway, I don't usually leave negative reviews and don't mind a bit of dust but the state of the floors and general cleanliness of the apartment was shocking and unacceptable.

The location has a wonderful view and it is close to the mountains, making it an ideal location for those who want to hike different trails.

Some areas were a bit dusty and a few more basic kitchen ingredients would have made a difference (i.e. sugar and coffee)

We could collect the keys from a box outside; we had a parking space.
