Hea asukohaga, mõistliku hinnaga, päris mugav ja hubane, küllalt vaikne ja privaatne. Kõik vajalik oli olemas ja enamgi veel, näiteks raadio. Korralik teler, hästi sisustatud tuba.Üksikule reisijale hea peatuspaik.

Uste paukumine, aga õnneks oli käimist suht vähe ja öösel oli vaikne. Korter 1. korrusel tänava pool seepärast akent palju avada ei saanud.

Asukoht väga hea. Ilus vana maja ilusa arhitektuuriga. Mõistlik hind. Mugav voodi. Diivan oli boonuseks.

Korteri pisike köök tundus olevat ehitatud maja koridori arvelt. Korteri õhuke uks avanes koridori, vastu maja välisust. Iga kord kui teised külalised välisukse kaudu käisid, käis kõva pauk ja kolin, nii et korter värises. Väga tugev lärm, kui keegi koridoris liikus, koridori trepist käis. Kerge unega inimesele on keeruline seal ööbida. Köögis oli kõike minimaalselt. Puudus suur pott söögi tegemiseks, väike kastrul oli siiski olemas. Pisike lauapliit. Samas saime kahekesi seal viibides kõigega kenasti hakkama.
