Lindes Appartement

Obrovský moderní apartmán, 3 samostatné ložnice, obývací pokoj, velká a perfektně vybavená kuchyň včetně myčky na nádobí, velká koupelna se 2 umyvadly, 2 záchody, posezení venku, balkon, garáž a další kryté stání na auto, vysoušeč bot, třídění odpadu, sušáky na oblečení, okenní rolety. Ubytování nás opravdu velmi příjemně překvapilo, nechybělo nám vůbec nic. Je prostorné, hezky zařízené, kompletně vybavené. Velmi milí a pozorní majitelé a skvělá komunikace. Dojezd do Söldenu 25 minut. Billa 5 minut pěšky.

Garage, Terrasse, Balkon, Ausstattung, Räumlichkeiten, großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken, sehr wohnlich und gemütlich mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr einladend. Wir konnten unser Auto gut laden. Wir können uns dort auch eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge gut vorstellen.

The apartment is very spacious, plenty of room for every one, adjucent parking, the kitchen and apartment well equipped. The apartment was clean, apart for spider webs, and an empty wasp's nest in the balcony. Kevin, our host, though we did not meet face to face, was very communicative and tried to help.

The apartment smelled very badly of what seems to be cigarettes. Even though the description says it is a smoke-free property, there was a dirty ashtray in the balcony and the adjacent neighbors are smokers, and kept their ashtray on the window next to our kitchen.. No matter how much we sprayed the apartment with the air freshener supplied by Kevin, upon our request, the smell did not go away. When we tried to ventilate the apartment by opening the windows, the smell did not fade. The apartment only got filled with many flies and very big moths. We did not see this coming as the apartment has very high rating, and nothing like that was mentioned in any review. This was quite upsetting for us because otherwise it would have been perfect match for us. It managed to destroy our experience, we stayed there for 5 nights, and we tried to get back to the apartment as late as we could every night. Kevin, the host seemed to understand the problem and even offered compensation. I do hope he got this fixed.

דירה חדשה ומעולה! מיקום מצוין בעמק אוץ' המרהיב. יש הכל מהכל. מכונת כביסה, כלי מטבח מושלמים, מכונת קפה, כסאות נוח. הכל הכל!!! בהחלט תמורה מעולה למחיר!

Vermieter war extrem zuvorkommen und freundlich. Es war alles vorhanden, sogar Klopapier, Gewürze und Öl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowieso.

Perfect property for our family ski trip. Three large double bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen, large bathroom. There were only three of us so plenty of space to relax. Apartment would however comfortably accommodate at least six plus there is a cot. The property includes a garage and driveway for private parking and there is a boot warmer in the garage, a nice surprise. Supermarket less than a 1 minute drive.

Nothing really, we really liked it. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Sölden and less than 10 minutes to Oetz ski area. We knew this before. Travelling and we’re happy to drive.

Everything,everything is outstanding! Overall, Lindes appartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the service.
