Velmi příjemná paní hostitelka. Umístění v centru obce na klidném místě (bez hluku dopravy). Prostorný a stylový apartmán s dvěma koupelnami. Možnost parkování pro 2 auta přímo před domem. Restaurace a obchod v blízkosti. Delší vzdálenost do skiareálů Sölden a Gurgl, ale s tím jsme počítali.

Our stay at Julia's apartment in Umhausen Tirol was absolutely delightful. The apartment was not only clean, large and quiet ubut also beautifully designed with a traditional Austrian charm. The apartment contains a washing machine and a dryer, two showers, two refrigerators and two large bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking convenient, allowing us to prepare meals effortlessly. Julia herself was a wonderful host, always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She even helped us locate gluten-free restaurants for our celiac daughter. The location of the apartment, situated conveniently close to all the attractions in Otz valley with a mountain view right from our window. The garden, complete with a trampoline, was a hit with our kids. Overall, our stay at Julia's place was everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped retreat in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Cozy Austrian style living. Plenty of space - spacious rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 toilets/showers. Easy access to free ski bus, grocery store, cafeteria. Suitable for families with kids, playground next to house.

Location was excellent , it is next to the restaurants and bakery.In the vicinity is Bus station and bankomat. From the appartment it takes 20 minutes to Solden.
