مكان جميل جدا وهادئ وبعيد عن صخب المدينه ويعطي جو مثالي للاسترخاء وقريب نسبيا من جميع المرافق السياحية في كومو وحتى المدن السويسريه القريبه بالنسبة لي كانت ملائمة جدا كما ان الاطفال استمتعوا جدا شكرا لكم

Non c'erano abbastanza cialde del caffè

Location was good porperyt has all the facilities such swimming pool, gaming area, Bar on the first floor and enough parking.

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room we were allocated on the ground floor was infested with ants. Despite keeping all food sealed and stored properly—most of it in the fridge—we constantly found ants throughout the room. The situation worsened when they reached our children’s bed. After the first night, our kids were unable to sleep in their own beds and had to sleep with us in the extra beds for the remainder of the stay. When I raised this concern with the host, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I was told, “Hi, it often happens, we're in the middle of nature, if the scout ants find food they arrive en masse, we can only interrupt the convoy, I'll send a girl to help.” While I understand that being close to nature may bring occasional insect issues, a hospitality business should have adequate pest control in place—especially when it impacts guests' comfort and hygiene. To make matters worse, when I expressed how serious the problem was, the host responded by saying the room was the "cheapest one," implying that this level of service and cleanliness was to be expected. We paid nearly €600 for five nights—this is not a “budget” stay, and certainly not a reason to tolerate a pest problem. This experience significantly affected our holiday, and I would not recommend this property unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, pest control, and guest communication.

The location was 5 star! 👍

Better lightening (white light) at the beds would have been nice. And maybe you could repair the insect net at the window. Maybe also more tourist brochures.
