hot water heater wasn’t plugged in so we had to wait quite a while for hot water.

"Good choice for heart-of-Valdivia stay"

Unit was very comfortable and convenient to downtown, lively waterfront and across the bridge dining options. Catalina was responsive via WhatsApp. Can’t recall many places in our extensive travel past with live plants. These, and candy jar, were welcome & unique touches.

DO book this in advance in order to insure access on arrival. Catalina enlisted friend to meet us in lobby, work out parking with desk attendant, instruct on PayPal (credit card was not an option) and show us unit. Additional parking of 10000/night/cash was unexpected (you are free to come and go but much nearby was easily accessible on foot)

"Very nice apartment, management of the property could be improved."

Very comfortable and good location

Communication with the person managing the property could have been better. No hot water on arrival, was soon sorted out when we were aware that we had to plug in the boiler. Additional charges on top of advertised price.
