La ubicación, a apenas 15 minutos de la estación de tren Joaquín Sorolla. Muy buena. Y a tan sólo 10 minutos del centro de Valencia.

Muy poca luz natural en el piso, el portal apestaba, aunque tengo entendido que es por la humedad, que en Valencia es muy común.
