Ayuntamiento Panoramic

Centrally located which makes travelling and exploring Valencia easy and enjoyable. All what one might need (sightseeing, shops, restaurants etc) are in 5-15 minutes walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen and convenient bathrooms. Nice bedrooms with enough space for 5 people.

View was amazing and we appreciated having things stocked like coffee, water, and tea. Also liked having a washer and dryer.

Beds could be more comfortable. Also the hot water heater runs out quickly so hard for more than one person to take a shower at a time.

The view was amazing, the amount of pots and pans, as well as silverware, towels, everything was really great. everything we really needed was there

Everything was great the AC, heating, amenities, elevator, everything was exactly what I expected and was amazing. The only thing was the bathroom is inside one of the rooms and I would just make that more clear, but that's not really negative, some people might see it as a positive, Overall, there was nothing I disliked. 10 out of 10

The fireworks display on Saturday night was fantastic!

- De locatie in het hart van Valencia is top. Het appartement ligt aan het fraaie en zeer drukke Placa Ayuntamiento. - Metro- en treinstations liggen op loopafstand. In de buurt zijn veel winkels en horeca te vinden. In de buurt zit ook een kleine (dure) Carrefour. - Het ruime appartement heeft een grote woonkamer, drie slaapkamers en is gelegen op de zesde verdieping. Er is een (te) kleine lift. Je kijkt uit op het plein. Er is geen balkon. - In de woonkamer hoor je het rumoer van buiten, in de slaapkamers helemaal niet. - Het appartement is netjes en modern ingericht en was bovendien goed schoon. - De keuken is heel goed uitgerust. Er zijn zelfs een wasmachine en droger. - De beide badkamers hebben een toilet. De douches zijn prima, maar worden te snel koud. - Het tweepersoonsbed op de grote slaapkamer is aan de kleine kant. De matrassen zijn in orde. - De wifi is uitstekend. Er is geen radio.

- De slaapkamers hebben niet overal gordijnen of iets dergelijks, waardoor het er niet donker is. - Sommige bedden zijn kort. De kussens zijn veel te zacht. - In een van de slaapkamers piept continue een brandmelder. - Er zijn weinig of geen ophanghaken. Overall beveel ik dit appartement zeker aan. Het kost natuurlijk wel wat.

Nad apartmajem smo bili zelo navduseni. Nahajal se je v samem centru mesta, s cudovitim pogledom na trg. Apartma je zelo prostoren z dobro razporeditvijo sob. Tudi gostiteljica je zelo prijazna ter nas je pričakala tudi dobrodošlica, kava, itd. Naše bivanje v apartmaju je bilo odlično in ga zelo priporočamo.
