R&C APARTMENTS CLOSE to CENTER

The location is very good, close to everything. It is a nice apartment for a family, the owners are very nice and understanding, they provided us with a baby cot and let us drop the luggage early.

The location of the property was amazing, having been really close to the Bus & Metro, grocery stores, and the center of the city. The check-in process was contactless and seamless, and I am so glad they were able to accommodate our arrival late in the evening. We also deeply appreciated there already being detergent, dish soap etc. available so that we didn’t have to buy it ourselves (and inevitably leave it behind).

I would have expected certain parts of the apartment to be a little bit cleaner upon arrival. I found hairs that definitely didn’t belong to me in the bed / on the table in the small room, and the shower head in the first bathroom had definitely seen better days (was also quite difficult to get warm water to come out of the big showerhead). Additionally, I would’ve enjoyed additional / more comfortable pillows as all the ones we had were quite flat and uncomfortable. All of these things, however, are just nitpicking, we really had a wonderful stay!!

Very clean apartment with two full bathrooms which was great!

The only thing that happened is that we requested a cot for our little girl and when we arrived in the evening the cot was not there. They fix it for the next day but the first night then was very hard for everyone to sleep.

Great location, the apartment is spacious, has everything a family needs for a short visit to the city. We arrived before 16:00, but they let us leave our luggage in the apartment earlier.

Location was good.close to metro and buses.To main square we need approximately 5-10 min. Around good food and reasonable prices. We better slept on the sofa than on the bed...depends on what kind of mattress do you prefer. quiet neighborhood-but the view from window is not the nicest. Washing machine Nice small kitchen.

Not like in the pictures. Not bad, but the app. Needs a little bit of maintenance and deep cleaning- expecially bath🛁 All in all the app. Is nice. The black spot for us was really just a bad smell.The owner sent someone who tried to fix it.It was good for a day, but then the smell came back, but not so intense like the first day.We managed this with opened windows, so it was ok. If we didn't have this problem we will definitely be much more happier. Google maps shows the right path- don't look the instructions on the booking site-you don't need to go down on Bailen- go down on A.Guimera-...

Apartment has everything you need and cannot get on a few days trip: salt, oil, hair dryer, everything for washing dishes and clothes. Plus: two bathrooms!

The address is correct, but the map on Booking site does not show the right location.
