Apartamento Playa

Great location. Lovely playground for kids nearby. Spacious.

The bed is clean and comfy.

It made me confused that the booking.com connected the wrong address. I think the host has to upload the actual address on booking.com.

Location was great, close to beach, store and restaurants.

The location is pretty good. There is a tramway station round the corner (which was not correctly shown in Google Maps). The distance to the beachfront is about 150m. The restaurants and bars are at a 10min walking distance. The apartment is equipped nicely. There are 3 bedrooms. Good for a family with 2 kids. There is a very small market round the corner. The apartment is located within a nice district with small restaurants and cafes. We'll definitely return if we get to Valencia again.

You have to walk up the stairs into the first floor to the apartment. You have to (or can) also walk to the bars and restaurants at the beach. If you like walking you will have a great stay.

The apartment is big, clean and well furnished, you have everything you need. The host was very nice and helped us a lot, used their recommended restaurants and it was worth it. Public transport is very close and you can get anywhere in Valencia pretty fast.

You can't really sleep in the apartment. There is a lot of noise in the bedroom next to the street and the constant sound of dripping water in the interior bedrooms. You can't open up the windows in the interior bedrooms to get fresh air because nasty smells fill the apartment if you do. I had the bad idea of drying my shorts on the clothes line and now I can't get the smell out of them. The area is filled with pretty shady characters, I wasn't comfortable leaving my kids to wait on the bench outside. The shops nearby are stuffy, dirty and overpriced, if you need anything go to Mercadona, the distance is about 900m but it's clean and you get a receipt for your purchase. I paid 10 Euro for two bottles of still water and a Cola at the shop near the apartment.
