The studio was clean and quiet, with a balcony and nice views of the sunrise. It had all the essentials and a washing machine.

The photos on Booking.com are of several different apartments owned by the company. This particular apartment was more basic and dated than we expected. Having said that, it was perfectly fine for a couple of nights.

The facilities

The building was new and modern, featuring a reliable elevator up to the fifth floor. The location and accessibility were excellent.

We encountered several issues due to the lack of clear instructions on using the entry codes and amenities like heating. Although we received an email upon arrival informing us that an additional deposit had been withheld from our account for potential damages, there was no detailed guidance on the basics of the property. Instead, a full page was provided outlining rules and fines for tenants, but practical information was noticeably missing. Some amenities listed on the site were not provided, and the host did not acknowledge these discrepancies. For instance, the listing mentioned a coffee machine, which was not available, and we were told to use a kettle instead. It also stated a fully equipped kitchen, but there was only one large knife and a pot without a lid. This was disappointing, as we specifically chose this place for the kitchen; otherwise, we would have opted for a hotel. Additionally, the sofa and linens were not clean, which made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

The address was different than the one shown on the map on booking, it was 15min further away from the city centre than promised. The balkony did not have furniture and was full of bird poo. The kitchen was not well equipped.
