The apartment matches the description on the website. It has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, stove, and TV. There are two beds and a balcony as well. The location is very convenient, with many supermarkets nearby. There was some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

No place to hang clothes to dry, and the pillows were quite hard.

Bien ubicado para visitar ciudad artes y ciencias, con ascensor. Con todo lo necesario para cocinar y una ducha amplia y cómoda. Los propietarios muy amables y flexibles.

Las almohadas para nuestro gusto muy altas y duras, las paredes parecen de papel, se escucha todo.

Fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dish washer and microwave are available. The location is quite good. Elevator in the building.

Noisy. Constant noise from the street and equipment installed outside, as well as neighbors. Old bed sheets and uncomfortable hard and high pillows, especially not suitable for kids. Cash deposit is a nonsense these days and requires way too much interaction with the owner.

Ubicacióm excelente, cerca de dl metro y de la ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, pequeño pero muy confortable, todo super limpio, tenia lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas, además 3 aparatos de climatización independientes, uno en cada habitación y otro en el salón/cocins. Además, los anfitriones muy amables, adelantsmos la hora de salida un domingo y sin problrma ninguno
