Apartment near Arts & Science

The app was very clean. It has 3 AC's and they work really well. We liked the hospitality and the kindness of the owners. There is a big fridge with a lot of storage. The shower is very spacious and modern. It is 15 min walk to Oceanografic and metro Ayora, 25 min walk to the beach. The buiding has an elevator.

The owners were very kind, explained how and where to go through the city. Apartment as announced, close to metro station, bus stop, markets, I highly recommend.

Great little apartment with two good sized double bedrooms, had everything we needed. Although we didn’t cook there it had what we needed if we’d wanted too. It was very clean and our hosts Tomas and Maria were there to meet us on arrival with a handy map and information of things to do and see which was lovely. Would highly recommend staying there.

The apartment is located near the metro station and Arts&Science which facilitates mobility. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The host responds fast and recommends interesting things to do. I highly recommend this apartment!
