"It was a wonderful city break - we will stay longer next time"

Our host Ivar was waiting for us at the apartment and was very generous with his time. He gave us lots of advice on things to do and where to eat. He helped us also on our last day and brought us to the taxi

It was perfect and we hope to visit again

"Good quiet place some attention to details needed"

Very quiet majority of time, comfortable bed but a bit squeaky, outdoor space, decent bathroom, secure building, good location, good map orientation by host

No washer, only one towel set provided for a week, very little paper towel, shower entry deceivingly high banged my toe, bed squeaky but comfortable

"Big apartment with good amenities"

We were meet at the apartment and shown everything. Also we were given a lot of information about the restaurants and surrounding areas of Valencia. The apartment is big with a balcony. Everything you need in the kitchen and apartment. The bathroom was big. The location is fine, not in the centre but about a 10 minute walk. Security for the apartment is very good, double doors to access it. We would recommend this apartment.

The water heater in the bathroom takes about 30 minutes to reheat.

"Great hosts, great location, lovely apartment"

The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. They met me with the keys, showed me around the apartment and gave me info on the sights and scene in Valencia. On checking out, they offered to hold my luggage so I could enjoy another day in the city before catching a late flight. The apartment is beautiful and everything is first rate in terms of comfort and amenities. It is in a perfect location on the edge of the historic centre.

Great location close to centre of towns, beaches and lots of bars and restaurants. Apartment was nice and quiet despite it being close to bars and restaurants
