Salute for the receptionists and the security guards of the establishment. They are very helpful and accommodating . The location of the establishment is accessible.

· The contact person in the units 1137, they are not responsive when we have some concerns regarding blankets and 2 towels, the code of the Netflix, the access in the swimming pool, the shampoo and soap, hand towel, etc... They ignored my calls ang messages. My mother slept using a bath towels to comfort herself while waiting for the blankets. Thanks to the security guards who help us to have blankets. Even It was bringing around 10pm

It was clean, in a good location, and the price was appropriate with the size of the unit.

The staff weren't pleasant. If the owner of the unit doesn't have a parking space, you're forced to pay around 350 pesos just to park.

Nothing at all.

About the unit? Aside from basic facitility. everything was worse than expected in the photo. The ceiling of the toilet is filled with molds, the main door is almost broken, the toilet bowl has no toilet seat, the aircon is working on FAN MODE ONLY the room is not cold at all. THERE IS NO FLUSH in the toilet.

The room was clean and had towels and separate beds. Also came with wifi.

Some plug were not working. No shower curtain. No rugs in the cr and outside cr. No cooking stove. Cigarette buds at the balcony.
