Accommodating staff

1. The staff was kind and accomodating though she can't solve most of the issues in the unit, not her fault though. 2. Balcony.

1. The wifi was very weak. 2. The unit was not fully cleaned. 3. Beddings smelt bad and wasn't changed esp the pillow covers. 4. Throw pillows are dusty and old. 5. Issues with electricity -busted outlet. 6. Entertainment was limited due to really bad connection (Netflix). 7. I requested that the sofa bed be vacuumed prior to checking in coz it's dusty (basing it on some reviews) but it was not accomodated. 8. Owner did not respond quickly rregarding info onthe TV.

The unit or room number was required to pass the security gate but it was not provided by the owner. The security guard and I tried to call the owner, but the phone number provided was wrong and we were not able to check in for more than one hour. The internet was super slow.

Unit is complete with everything you'll possibly need for your stay.

Slow to no internet connection for the wifi
