"Exceptional"

I loved so much this cosy little apartment. It was bright and clean and just perfect. Fantastic location next to the harbour and just round the corner from the beach. I didn't want to leave. Had a very happy 3 days in Valencia. Also Roman was helpful in letting me check out a bit later and Beatrice helped me organise a taxi 🙂❤️

I have nothing negative to say. It was perfect for me.

"Over al had a lovely stay"

The whole apartment was realy nice very clean plenty of toiletries etc washing pods so was able to use washing machine pots pans for cooking host friendly

60 steps up to the apartment 33 more to get to roof terrace of street parking if and when you can get it

"Great place to stay and enjoy the city"

The property's proximity to the beach and Michelin recommended restaurants was a definite highlight of my stay. The owner was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early to fit my flight schedule. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and wouldn't change a thing.

did wish the hot water lasted a bit longer as it was a bit of a bother having to wait for it to heat up again.

the apartment is very close to the beach;5 minutes a supermarket across the street and an amazing breakfast restaurant Ca Rakel

the flat is at 3rd floor with slippery stairs and no elevator mosquitoes very thin walls and noisy neighbors

lovely light apartment, clean, well equipped but most importantly, excellent location - v close to metro, bus, beach & good bars & restaurants! .A great brunch place across the road . Our host was very accommodating, and helpful. Also good to have the use of a roof terrace to soak up some rays away from the beach!

spacious apartment, accessible with public transportation ✅

I must say the least comfortable pillows I’ve ever seen in my life. they were like a joke. just soooooo bad. the bad smell at the apartment ( I don’t know why and how) , and all night long noises from the neighbourhood apartments… The walls are like paper thin.

Wonderful and comfortable spacious apartment, good location, close to the beach ⛱️🏖️ and quiet place ☺️

Bit cold in the beginning, but with heater was great and warm ☺️
