Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Altstadt mit den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte vor der Tür und perfekte Anbindung zum Flughafen. Mitten im Leben, dank der Lage im 7. Stock trotzdem ruhig. Die Terrasse ist der Hit. Wir hatten Glück und konnten sie sogar im Dezember nutzen. Marco hat uns persönlich eingecheckt, viele Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr nett, dass Kaffee, Saft und Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Vielen Dank auch für die kleinen Geschenke und dafür, dass wir am Abreisetag bis zum Nachmittag bleiben durften.

Es war zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden, um den Geschirrspüler nutzen zu können. Etwas mehr -und am besten auch nicht aus Plastik- wäre schön! Ein kleines Problem war, dass die Heizung nur zentral zu regeln ist. Das Schlafzimmer war der wärmste Raum, während das Bad (vermutlich durch die gute Entlüftung) kalt blieb. Hier sollte für den Winter vielleicht eine kleine Zusatzheizung installiert werden.

This beautiful and bright apartment was our favourite accommodation on our entire three-week trip. Although located right in the heart of Valencia with crowds of people on the busy pedestrian street below, the apartment is located high enough that it was quiet (although we were there in November so didn't have the windows open), and certainly quiet at night and morning. We were met and supported by Marco, who did a great job welcoming us and explaining everything. The apartment had everything you might possibly need as well as thoughtful touches like bottles of water, chocolates(!), bottles of juice, tea, coffee, sugar. Decorated with all kinds of homey touches, we felt very comfortable there. We could have stayed much longer than the five nights we were there. It also has a huge patio with lots of seating. Very modern and clean. Can't recommend it enough!!

Marco was a great host, giving us great tips for restaurants which were all very good. The apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of town with easy access to everything either on foot, by bus, or metro. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the roof terrace was a great space to enjoy the winter sun. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment genuinely felt “7-star” in terms of the extras and comfort — we were welcomed with thoughtful gifts like chocolates, juice, and complimentary water, which was such a lovely touch. The place is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: washing machine and dryer, a full kitchen with a big fridge and freezer, a great TV setup, and even a big selection of movies. It made the apartment feel like a real home, not just a rental. The terrace was a highlight for us — super sunny, spacious, and with an amazing view. It was the perfect spot to relax. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: close to the city center, with excellent restaurants and main attractions within easy reach. A special thank-you to Marco, who made our stay even better. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendations for food and restaurants, and everything we tried was fantastic. His hospitality really made us feel welcome. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia!

Die Lage ist perfekt, Marco war richtig lieb und hilfsbereit. Er war auf WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon ist Mega.
