Great location, great value, kitchen well stocked, spacious apartment with 2 nice little balconies.

They are building a new rail outside the property, but only disturbed us 1 night out 10 so was not really an issue.

La ubicación. Muy limpio

Lamentablemente. Nos alquilaron 5 noches con una mega obra ( están haciendo un Subte ) literal en la puerta del edificio sumando a que es primer piso, NO PUDIMOS DORMIR NI UNA NOCHE , ESE DEPARTAMENTO NO PUEDE ESTAR EN ALQUILER A NINGÚN PRECIO , el DUEÑO SOLO NOS QUIERE RECONOCER MEDIA NOCHE. , NOS TENDRÍAN QUE RECONOCER MINIMO 3 noches y sino más ! VACACIONES ARRUINADAS LAMENTABKENWTE

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The service was exceptionally friendly – when I lost my key, I was helped quickly and got a replacement without any hassle. The host was absolutely lovely, took great care of everything, and even checked in from time to time to see if I needed anything. The apartment is very well equipped: washing machine, well-stocked kitchen, cozy sofa, TV, comfortable mattress – everything you could possibly need was there. I felt completely at home and would definitely come back!

The flat was great — spacious and comfortable for a short stay. The location was also excellent, situated conveniently close to everything you’d need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for anyone looking for both comfort and a prime location!

It was not as clean as expected, with some areas that clearly needed more attention. Additionally, the kitchenware was lacking several essential utensils, which made cooking and dining in less convenient.
