The property was well located near the marina, walking distance to the beach (about 15-20 min) and near bus stop to get to city centre easily.

Would have loved if the property had a balcony or somewhere to sit outside

Nice suite for a family of 6 to stay. Full kitchen. The washing machine was a plus for a longer stay. Air conditioned. Close to metro station and lots of restaurants and bike rentals. Host responded to questions and requests as needed.

Stay would have smoother if the flat were better appointed: cooking oil in the kitchen, laundry pods for the laundry, enough toilet paper. Would have preferred if lock-box code wasn't changed mid-stay since we were using it to store the keys.

Необычные апартаменты, лофт переделанный из нежилого помещения. Больше всего понравилось, что вся бытовая техника работает.Три кондиционера давали комфортное пребывание в жаркие испанские дни. Пусть мебель не сильно новая, но всё было чисто и удобно. По месту положения реально 25 минут до шикарного пляжа и столько же до музея науки и искусства и океанариума. Апартаменты находятся в не туристическом районе, поэтому и магазины и кафе по приемлемым ценам. До центра удобно добраться на общественном транспорте, 5 минут пешком до остановки.

Curat, spațios, la jumătate de ora de mers pe jos (plimbare) până la mare. Transportul in comun aproape pentru deplasări oriunde in oraș. Super marketruri in apropiere. Totul in regulă 🙏🥰

Lage war super und die Wohnung war auch angenehm.

The kitchen was dirty. All doors and door handles in it were sticky with dirt. Kitchenware was old and chipped. Kitchen appliances were old and dirty. In overall the price and quality of the apartment did not match. The apartment was advertised as "luxury apartment", but it was common and plain at best. The price 2000 eur for week was way too much for the quality of the apartment. It was also situated above a very busy street and even though the details said there would be sound proofing, there was none and the street's noise was very loud both during day and night. The balcony was very narrow and had only two chairs, one of which was broken. The pictures used in booking.com for advertising did not match the reality at all.
