A casa não estava limpa

Gostei da limpeza e da organização do local .

Não gostei da dificuldade para comunicação, antes do meu check in fiquei sem a informação se íamos ou não conseguir antecipar a chegada . Deixei várias mensagens e a mesma sem sucesso. Após muito sufoco, já tinha ido ao local, consegui contado e anteciparam a minha entrada no local. Mas se o mesmo tivesse confirmado antes que não poderíamos entrar antes do horário programado pela plataforma eu teria me organizado para ficar em outra local pois cheguei ao amanhecer com crianças pequena. Então o que faltou foi clareza e resposta antes da minha hospedagem. Se isso tivesse tido não teríamos tratos transtornos antes d entrar no local.

A casa é bastante espaçosa

The location was perfect for us because it was near our relatives' homes, but it is quite far from the main street and the best restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and good for a family. Ten people can eat comfortably.

The electricity kept cutting out. We had to put the mains electricity on several times at the mains board when the switches flipped. The floor was very cold with the only 2 little mats being in the bathrooms. We rented in the winter so needed some warmth. All the windows faced North, which is great in summer, but very cold in winter.There were 2 small independent heaters that didn't work very well. It was very humid and an alarm went off, at night,when the humidity went high (we thought the building was on fire when we heard such a loud siren! The apartment was so echoey that it was hard to hear where the sound was coming from and it seemed that it was coming from the outside corridor) There was not any means to reduce the humidity, so we bought a dehumidifier and did it ourselves. Heaters do not reduce the humidity. Sometimes the gas water heater didn't function properly, causing cold water to come out in the middle of a shower. We were a bit perturbed by the cleaning staff, who were there when we arrived, asking for 150 euros in cash for a deposit and refusing to give a receipt. It was given back at the end of our 2 week stay, but we didn't like that attitude. It was totally unnecessary and the first time that has ever been asked of me. ( On this European tour we rented 8 other similar apartments throughout Europe and never had such a request.) There were not enough cooking implements, e.g. there was nothing to bake in the oven, except the most enormous glass dish.
