"Awaiting refund."

Nothing! We didn't even stay here. We found it so far below standard that we left immediately. The owner reported us as a no-show and claims that we didn't tell him.... We spoke to him more than once before and after leaving! Currently awaiting action and a refund. Load groups of "neighbours". Smaller and grubbier than the photos.

Everything! Where is my refund? I wish we'd taken pictures, but who has the time to collect evidence when they're too busy stressing about where to sleep!
